Preview clip: Baby Please Don't Go

Produced by Bill Wyman. In 1984, Bill Wyman got together a group of well known musicians to record an album to help the Ronnie Lane Appeal for A.R.M.S. He called the band Willie and the Poor Boys and, with Bill doubling up as producer and bassist, the fantastic line up on the album included Jimmy Page, Paul Rodgers, Charlie Watts, Kenney Jones, Henry Spinetti, Terry Williams, Chris Rea and Ray Cooper, Andy Fairweather-Low, Mickey Gee, Geraint Watkins, Steve Gregory, Willie Garnett and Bill Wyman.

With the exception of 'Poor Boy Boogie', an impressive pastiche co-written by Wyman and Andy Fairweather-Low, the songs on this album feature vintage American Blues, R&B, Swing and Rock 'n' Roll material.
