Bill Wyman left London for Gedding on Saturday, after watching the fourth one-day cricket match on TV between Australia and England. After battling through heavy traffic, Bill on Sunday spent a tedious day working through his photo archive – which is massive – with Bill working on through into the night.

Monday was much the same, with Bill working through his photo archive – although he did chat to Kenney Jones and Ronnie Wood about the Royal Albert Hall gig on October 25. They asked Bill to play with the reformed Faces, and do three songs with them on the show.

Bill continued working on his photo archive on Tuesday, chatting to Tony Panico about the concerts scheduled for next week. Bill also managed to squeeze in a session watching the cricket and also Manchester United playing in the Champions League.

Following several days stuck indoors, the weather turned better on Wednesday, September 16, so around midday Bill went for a walk to Coronation Meadow and looked for butterflies, but there were few around. Bill took some shots of butterflies (such as the one above), and also found great clusters of blackberries, which he sampled. With the photos taken, Bill headed back to London.

The following few days saw Bill watching more sport on TV, catching up on email and business work, and start work on packing for the up-coming European concerts.
