Sunday 11th May 2008
May 1, and Bill is up before 7am and starts the day working on a new project - it's only research at this stage, but you'll find out any new stuff that Bill is working on right here when announcements are ready. After a day of steady research, Bill and Suzanne headed out to vote for their choice in the London Mayor contest, then Bill watch what he said was a very poor game between Fiorentina and Glasgow Rangers.

With the next day promising rain, Bill headed out of a drizzly city to Gedding, after first signing the last of his photo prints that he sold during his Wyman Shoots exhibition in Amsterdam. Saturday, and Bill spent time walking in the countryside, with Bill stopping to take photos of local wildlife, including four baby Canada Geese that Bill spotted. He then headed back and continued working on his projects, quitting just before midnight.

Sunday, and with the sun struggling to fully pierce the clouds, Bill went out to Bradfield Woods in the afternoon, which he says dates back to Saxon times. He spent them time taking more photos, and spotted a few deer tracks and banks of bluebells - which makes a relaxing contrast to being on tour. In the afternoon, Bill popped into his son Stephen's house for tea, then headed home to burn the midnight oil on his project work.

Monday, May 5, was much the same, with Bill blocking out the entire day to get into his stride in tackling his project work - although a quick break saw him watch the live Premiership match between Newcastle and Chelsea, which Chelsea won 2-0. Again, Bill had stocked up on the midnight oil at Gedding, finishing his work just before 4am.
